What is the difference between the 1994 GT and the SE. Whats the difference in the engine, acceleration, torque, and any other differences anybody knows. Just wondering.

... to my knowledge, other than body cladding, there is no difference unless due to weight  ... the 99+ versions are another story :)

the Grearing is better on the GT. my guess it makes it .08sec quicker in the 1/4. i think the supendtion is better on the GT also. I think the exhuast is a lil bit better not by much though

The gt's have a stifffer suspension for better cornering. they also have a "dual" exhaust- they run a pipe to the muffler then two pipes from the muffler out the back of the car. they have differnet body stylings and i think the gearing is a little different and a different computer with a higher govenor. Other than those i don't think there is a difference.
