... probably nothing huge and elaborate like you're used to bud but being our Club is some small and all the money spent comes out of mine or Shawn's pocket (for the most part), it will probably be some GAOC vinyl or something along those line :)

well, thats a start. If we could get at least 10-15 GA's that would be kewl. But, bigger the better :D I'm gonna see if there is anything to do in fayetteville. Maybe get some plans together. Do you think we should just do a hang out at the mall or something, or i think they have a mini-amusement thing there, where they have miniature golf and go carts.... dunno... what do you think flatline??

you can never go wrong with go karts, there are a lot of car clubs in fayetteville i know so maybe they cruise there on saturday nights?

Im interested but need a little more info. It's about a 7 hour drive for me so it wouldn't be worth it if it was only for a couple hours. If it was a two day thing, I'd defintely be interested. But one day might not be worth it enough for me. I'd really like to go tho...

yeah i guess if u wanted to come up a day early and stay with someone, you could, then come to the meet mike, but i couldn't justify you driving 7 hours then driving 7 hours back that same day

Heh, chances are my girl would be with me too so if I decide to come, I'll probably lay up in a hotel the day of the meet then drive back the next morning. Sounds like a road trip to me :D

Yeah, i'm gonna run to fayetteville probably sometime within the next week, and see what all there is to do there... See about some options. But, we could meet up in the morning, this way we can make it an all day thing. I should know more when i go to fayetteville and check it out.

I requested the time off of work today. Consider me there! Maybe if anyone else is coming from further south like me, we can caravan up.

Here's my plan...
Friday the 11, I requested to work the AM shift. I'll be out by 4:30pm. I'll go home, do whatever then hit the hay at around 8ish. What time I get up and start my drive depends on what time everyone wants to meet up. I'll spend the day with yous, then get a hotel room for the night. I'll crash there and then head home Sunday morning. :) Should be a blast! Please don't cancel this one like all the previous ones have!

Well everyone, i went to fayetteville... there really isn't that much for entertainment. Other than a big arcade... all that is there is resturaunts and car dealerships.. lol Not sure what we could do.

mike... march 10th is a date not set in stone... around the time of late march early april i wont have the car anymore, b/c after i pay the tax on it i will be getting a new car :D

I am new to the forums. I have a stock se2 silver. My husband is in a ford club so I really wanted to get into a grand am club. We are buying a house in clayton so I may be able to make it. Can I get anymore information. Is there an official grand am club for this area yet? I am looking to (after he gets his mustang running and we get new flooring for the house) to put purple neons on the bottom of my car and do a few other things. Since my car is still in pretty good condition there isn't much to do to it at this point. I am just sad that they are not making the grand am anymore.

well, seems like the only thing to do in Fayetteville, is the Fun Fun Fun place right off of all american hwy. It is a place where they have an arcade, and movies... about it. as far as fayetteville we could do that, or go to hooters... maybe meet up at hooters at around 12:00 and eat lunch, the arcade is Right down the street from hooters. But, there really isn't anything other than that to do around fayetteville. You can check it out when you run that way in a couple weeks.

What's up guys just happened to check out out this thread and you can count me in. I'm about 40 minutes out of Fayetteville and would like to meet some other Grand Am enthusiasts. What's up Wannagofastse! Hadn't seen you in a few, how's the car coming along. If the meet was a week later everyone could come to Red Springs to Thunder Valley for the car show/ drag racing plus Glenn and Mike from Drop Jaw Mag will be there taking pics for the site.

Well, to set in stone.. i'm guessing we meet up at hooters at 12 and chat for a little but, when everone shows up, we go eat... Then after that, we cruise around a little bit. Hopefully follow someone from fayetteville that knows the streets. i went there about a month ago. and streets just ended, and had to go all over the place to get back on the right road.. .dayum, they are worse than atlanta.. lol

So, the 12th or march... 12 am meet at hooters... then we could go to the Fun Fun Fun place, that has an arcade. thats really the only thing that i know of in fayetteville to do.
