I am not working on a GA but I came across a rebuilt turbo.Anyway, it's the Garrett TB2522 (T25) with the 430425-32 center cartridge. The part number of this turbo is 465749. I am pretty sure that is the same turbo that came off the 89 Gran AM turbo. At least that is what I found out later.

Can anyone tell me the size and thread of the oil feed and return fittings I need to use? The water coolant feed and return looks like is the same as the oil return.

I look everywhere for this information. I even tried to call Garrett but they don't want to talk to me.

Any help is appreciated.

I've got mine apart but can't tell you the thread size just by eyeballing them. Why don't you take it down to the hardware store and match it up to some brass fittings. They are non-metric fittings.

Ebay baby! I've pieced together an complete new motor from Ebay. Here's some of the searches I run:

- pontiac 2.0L
- pontiac 2.0
- pontiac 122
- gm 2.0L
- gm 2.0
- gm 122
- turbo sunbird
- turbo "grand am"

Don't forget to look at the "buy it now" items in ebay stores.

Also all the regular replacement parts are available through your local parts store.
