automatic/ daytime running lights

i got in a pretty bad accident yesterday and hit the drivers side corner hard. my daytime running lights don't work anymore and the high beam light keeps blinking until i turn my headlights on. any idea what the problem is? did i crush a module for the running lights or something? let me know what you guys think.

ok well i think i solved it myself. since i smashed the front of the car up, the high beam bulb blew. without the bulb there to complete the circuit, it just wont work. the blinking high beam light threw me off at first. i hope this helps others who have the same problem.
