hey what what up all, ok so as for the previous two LA/SoCal meets i am tryin to get everyone down here together for a little fun stuff, maybe this time we can get a good turn out, this is for everyone not just GA owners, stock moded doesn't matter. my GA is almost completely stock so no excuses :roll2:

we could meet up at the pike in long beach, which is right next to the aquarium of the pacific. there is a gameworks and some other places in and around that area, there is also plenty of parking.

I'm not gonna lie, it's going to be much easier for you to pass than it is for me to pass.
Fact 1: no cat
Fact 2: dumping helluva a lot more fuel than stock
Fact 3: (if there was a visual) I'd fail with flying colours

710 fwy south till it ends, when it ends there are 2 exits one goes downtown (left lanes) and one goes to the shoreline (right lanes), take the latter. approximately a mile and a half on the left, you can't miss it. if you pass the aquarium you've gone too far.

seems about right. a few years ago it was hoppin...now the interested has died down. lots of people are selling their cars and getting different ones...id like to be the same but not til after i graduate.

yeah these cars are great for us college kids, i get to laugh at most hondas and yet it still is great on insurance. that or a jetta/gti 1.8T

fyi insurance on honda's tend to be cheaper... especially the early 90's honda's that everybody loves to mod.... don't get too big headed.

i realized that the hondas are cheaper on insurance, but compared to a civic si, or a prelude si my car is about the same a month for insurance, i have known people with both and their insurance is the same as mine. a little more for the guy with the prelude.

Well my other meet is for my Ford truck enthusiast club chapter. Were having it out in Temecula that same weekend but we havent really set a good day yet as to either sat or sun. But the way things are going it'll probably be on Sund. so I might be able to come.

thats cool, what kind of ford truck, i used to own an explorer, biggest piece, ill put it this way the grand am is a massive jump up from it. i am a gm guy but someday if i ever had the chance, that s.o.b could 4 wheel with the best of em, i was told if i had the money to rebuild the tranny and engine every 100k miles then they are great, i will agree, it was a 92 eddie bauer with the 4.0L V6 fairly decent. sorry this has nothing to do with the meet on saturday but it is my story of my old car.
