I really hope that you are going to add some power to that thing, you might get a bunch of knuckleheads that "think" you are a cobra and if they beat you they will be like "i smoked a cobra today"

i saw a mustang the other day with a cobra front and a saleen rear bumper and spoiler. it wasnt even a GT tho. still had single exhaust.

i feel its ok to change the bumpers and stuff as long as you dont put cobra badges on the car. even if you drop in a cobra engine...the VIN still shows GT.

I aint plannin on puttin any cobra stuff on the car besides the bumper, spoiler and ... hood.. :D After my bolt on I PROLLY (80%) will get a vortech super.. I just want to do bolt ons first.. :) It gets a chip and dyno tuned saturday!!

you shouldnt get a chip until AFTER you install a vortech, otherwise the chip will need to be reprogrammed for the S/C, also if you get an s/c you might want to think about beefing up the transmission

well yeah.. but my speedo is off and my car still thinks it has the old gears in.. so without a chip I have it shifting abnormal and my speedo is off...
