this is just a guess but I would bet you could be needing a tranny fluid change. you might wanna check to see when the last time you had your tranny fluid changed.

I had a 94 caddy with 70 thousand miles on it. never had the fluids in the tranny changed (thank my mom for that one) and whenever it was in gear at idle the sucker would shake. (tranny broke down like a week later by the way)

the shake wasn't that bad. just a slight shutter...

however I have a friend who forgot to change his tranny fluid.
when he did the shake was gone (his did it only when he was in reverse though.
so in retrospect I would do a tranny flush and filter change. it's farely simple however if you take it to the dealer it can be costly as well

Take a look at the 'torque mount', the dog-bone shaped 'motor mount' at the right (pass) lower rear of the engine.
Your symptom is that of a loose/broken bushing on that mount.

In forward gear, the engine is always torquing forward against that mount and it's connection to the chassis.
In N or P, the engine is free to exhibit its 'natural vibrations'; if the bushings are a bit worn, then the shaking is observed.
If the bushings are very worn or split, is becomes very noticable at all times.

Might be the tranny as others have said, but before throwing money at a tranny service, investigate the mount first.

Good luck.
