HVAC vents keep spinning

my passenger side and driverside vents just keep spinning they are so broken in anyone know how i can tighten em up?

there's a small piece that stops em from doing that, and yours are broke, I remember after I painted mine, one did that cuz i broke a small piece off

hmm i dont know if broke anything...



they just keep spinning all of em will do it..
the one that is real bad is the passenger side cuz everyone who gets in has to play with it.

Mine was doing that, so I just took some black tape and put it on the side of the vent to make it thicker and it stopped spinning. you can't see the tape because its on the side of the vent, unless you turn it out to close it completly, but then I face it in the opposite dirrection.

hey ! yours are just spinning ,mine do a double flip ! je je ,,look they are just lose,they not spinning anyway,,its a broken clip or a missing clip spring ,go to a yunk yard and get a new set for a few bucks
