alright... ill post a few pics i just took. and the rest can be found on my cardomain link.

but i gotta say.. iv seen a lot of 93 se 2 doors kickin around.. and it makes me wonder if my ga is half gt..

i got power everything apart from seats
had a cd deck in it (musta cost them in 93)

the dash musta been changed.. cause it had no tack.. (what gives?)

and my tires are 16 inch .. the door says thats what should be on there.. but iv yet to see one with 16s on it.. and yet to see one with the dash that was in mine...

any input?

feel free to point out what i should do to my car.. i have a few ideas but imput is always welcome.

GT's had

Tachs. Different rear and front fascia.

different Sideskirts

Had the standard GT wheels (yours do not)

The GT also was standard with v6 but the se was optional with it.

The GT also had the improved suspension

and also most notably atleast for me would be the GT tails lights. And as far as I can tell your grand am is ALL SE.

The GT also has the quad exhaust outlets.

oh yea for sure not gt. i was just wonder if it was"half" (so to speak) as in whats with the 16 inch mag wheels. . only ones iv seen 16 inch on the GT

my bumper was changed at some point early in the cars life as it was not primed wen it was painted.. not importan but sad really as it was most likly a dealer who did it

and i was wondering if it was possible for someone to have the SE model with out the Tachs in it? im thinkin someone swaped dashes..?

i guess id like to get my hands on a list of options that was available for the 93se ga. then id know what the deal was with my car..

bottom line it just seems odd to me.. i dont even know why 16's are on there the rub wen i turn really sharp...lol

SE had option of tach and spoiler
Early GT's werent standard with rear spoilers, and the 92-94 gt's either had the v6 (3300 in 92 and 93, 3100 in 94) or the quad 4 h.o. SE's could have had the v6 or a quad sohc, or dohc, but not the h.o.

Doh thats right only the 99+ wasn't offered in the 4 cylinder. The rims that is on your car are SE wheels. Not GT.

Well the rims are stock Because the wheel you have are 16's and was offered on 16s. If there is rubbing going on that means the previous owner put a tire bigger then the recommended size on his car. My brother did the same with his old sunbird.

the tires on my car are what the door says they should be... apart from there winter.

i still think it looks strange from the side with the 16's mind you i like it!..lol

my car(94 Se) came with 16 inch wheels from the factory too, its just an option, i also have power everything, also an option

SE's had an option for what they called a touring package, which was a fancy way of saying an upgrade to 16 inch rims. i remember that from my 1st Grand Am a 94 4dr SE with the 3100 power everything and 16's because the window sticker was still in the glove box.

Yes those 16" wheels were an option for the SE models.
RJ (BlueZ) used to own a '93 GA SE with the same wheels, no spoiler, 4 door with a 3300 under the hood.

Paint that sucker and lower it a few inches and it'll look great.

lol its in the plans to paint the car come spring im thinkin a dark gray maybe .. who knows. . probably what ever i can get cheepest (mix of every left over colour) nice!. ..lol hardly

as far as lower. . yikes not were i live! if anything id put it higher . roads around here some of them you could lose your car in the pot holes
