Remote issues...

I'm having an odd problem with the remote for my car. When the car is cold, and running, it doesn't respond to the remote... at all (though occasionally it does work). When it's off it unlocks/locks/pops the trunk/honks just fine. When it thoroughly warms up it's fine as well.


I've replaced the battery in the remote, and it made no difference.

Any ideas?
