Hey all... I was wondering if anyone had a scrap 3400....lol

I was doing a lil calculations with this program i have....
its a dyno calculator.... input your mods and engine upgrades like valve diameter increase and it tells your the power it'll make...
it even says boost or nitrous and how many lbs for boost...

I made 270hp and 350lbs... not too shabby considering it wasnt too extreme stuff...... and I dont think it would cost LARGE.. just lots or work....and gotta rip engine totally apart and rebuild....

anyone else do a 3400 from scratch????

cost LARGE? depends on your defination of large.........forged pistons between 6-800 bucks crower rods almost a grand i could go on but you get the picture.

I mean large like 10-20g's....
I think 4 grand could do it....

13.7 1/4 mile and 104 trap speeds on a busted trans...i think those are ok results. as well as dyno results of 277whp. maybe your engine guy who does the 90 whp port and polishes can help you out?

yeah 4 grand should just about do it....unless you go for a custom forged crank or some REALLY sick stuff.
