It's goin really good. Almost done with it, now.... finished with the engine, and working on beefing up the tranny now (shift kit, racing parts, etc.). When I finished the truck, I'm still keeping the GA, sry Fausto :P

Naw its cool. I might go w/ a carbon fiber hood (dont have to worry about paint and stuff).
I am looking for a classic fastback mustang.. :( can't find one. That would be a project I would love to work on.

The heads are 64cc with big stainless valves, Performer EPS Edelbrock intake, Edelbrock 600cfm carb (after this rebuilt I might have to get a 750), High-performance cam (should have a good lope, and I hope I won't have to get an extra vacuum can) with hydraulic lifters, roller rockers, hardened pushrods, bored 30 over, flat-top pistons.

aftermarket or stock heads? if they're aftermarket a 750 wouldn't be a bad idea. have a buddy that just got done putting new heads on his 302 (ford, eww lol). he has a performer rpm air gap, decent size cam, fresh rebuild, and some trick flow heads. he had a 600 edelbrock on there and it moved pretty good. he put an old 750 he had lying around and WOW. it was a noticeable difference across the board. i love his throttle response. it's more responsive than newer vehicles with multi-point.
im not sure what ratio rockers you're running but did you double check to make sure they're ok to use with that cam? the guy with the 302 put 1.7s on with his cam.......bent a valve. which is what inspired the new trick flow heads :P. he turned it after he put it together and didn't hear/feel anything bumping or rubbing. we were playing one night and he revved it up a little too long and bent a valve. luckily didn't hurt anything else. not questioning your motor building skills.......just better safe than sorry :)
i put 1.6s on the heads of my 350, but im also not running that radical of a cam.

The heads are aftermarket from the PAW catalog (Torquer). They're the house, cast iron ones. I decided to save the expensive aluminum ones for when I get a car. The rockers are 1.5... the cam's lift is fairly high, and if were any higher I would need stiffer springs-the 1.6 I'm scared might cause slap and they would need guides. Cam specs Lift: int .465 exh .465 Dur: int 282 Exh 282.... Valve Size: int 202 exh 160 67cc. Thanks for the advice on the carb-I might have to upg

should have a nice lope to it.......and you'll know if you need a bigger vacuum canister :P. i believe it was summit that had bigger ones from crane cams for like $55-60. not that bad if you ask me. i've threatened to put one on just for the hell of it.
