ALDL connector

Does anyone know where the ALDL connector is located on a 1995 Grand Am?

My manual states it is under the drivers side dash cluster?
I found a plug there but it only has three wires running to it and does not have the A & B terminals to jumper?

should be what you're talkin about. Little flat black connector with a top and centerally mounted guiding post and small ears on each side's bottom, 12 pin holes, but not all of them are filled because it doesnt need them. The T.P.I. (85-92 5.7 L-98) cars only used 5 terminals, so why there are 12 available escapes me, more of GM's insightfulness i guess. But yeah, it sounds like you have the right port.
