Just got a new used Grand Am GT last month, 1995, 2.3L with only 70,000 miles. It's amazing thats its in perfect condition still, not a scratch on it. Anyways I'd like to start workin on modifications so I will be needing suggestions for new exhaust and an intake. Any ideas?
Here it is on cardomain also : http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/763024

i was messing around one day and took the bottom off my factory intake. It was cheap, but probably doesn't have the same results.

get some 3inch pipe that will bend around the battery and slap a filter on it, get 2.25 or 2.5 inch pipe for the exhuast, just go to any place and they should be able to do whatever you want.

:welcome: You'll come to find out that this is a "do it yourself" kinda car. Nobody makes a full intake "kit" or exhaust "system."
Since you basicly have my 95's twin, check out the links in my signature below... the exhaust system and intake mods are listed with parts, pics, etc.
You can get the jist of my exhaust setup here... http://www.fazeshift.org/pics/displayimage.php?album=13&pos=11
Yes, it was rather pricey but the whole system was replaced right up to the head, mandrel bends were made, Borla mufflers & tips.
Sound clips here if you want..

Let me know if you have any questions. I've had this car since 1/2000 and know it inside and out. Hope yours treats you as good as mine has... purchased with 43,000 miles... currently 141,000. Been a great car... so I ended up getting a beater (94) in order to make this one my toy.

How the hell did I miss my buddy's thread? My bad. I have seen his car, it's amazingly in good shape. I think you need some window tint man. Even if you just get the rear tinted, it will still look badass.
