If im not mistaken you have to "put one together" with a muffler and custom done pipes. Popular muffler seems to be the flowmaster 80 series IIRC.

A flowmaster 40 might work better with SE trim since it's made for single exhaust. And yes, pre 99+ GA's are stuck with universal-fit aftermarket exhaust parts. Magnaflow also makes good mufflers that'll fit as well as performance catalytic convertors. Depending on future mods you might want either 2.25" or 2.5" pipe.

Yep. The above info is about correct. A custom system, at the very least a custom cat-back, is pretty much your only choice. But the results can still be very satisfying. Just be sure to find somebody who is good at it and likes to do the work. Some muffler shops don't.

Major suggestion - go for as much stainless as you can find/get/afford. Pipes and especially mufflers. Worth it in long run.

Good luck.

Ill try and find video of my old ga with a 40 series flowmaster, not cat and no resonator. Sounded wicked.

I dont care, and they dont test for emissions out here so my current car is without one as well.
