Power Steering issue?

I think something may be up with my power steering pump. When I have the wheel hard over right or left, a sqealing comes from the right front side of my car. Sometimes it sqeals when im just turning. Also when the car is cold i can barely turn the wheel while not moving. Its been really cold so i dont know if that has anything to do with it either.
Any IDeas?

Check your power steering fluid, then go from there. If it's low, fill it. The sound you're saying it's making is classic of a CV joint going, or even some bearings.
