THese batteries from Canadian Tire looks like Optima batteries. Do you know if Optima makes it for Motomaster?

I don't know but I've seen them and they most expensive than RedTops from Costco. Might as well get the real thing instead of the Crappy Tire clone...

EVERYBODY seems to be getting on-board with 'spiral cell' batteries.

There's no patent protection on the technology, and it's relatively simple to manufacture.
Any battery manufacturer can do it, and most prolly are.

I doubt that Optima is private-labeling products that come from their factories, so I doubt the clones in Crappy Tire or AutoZone are 'disguised optimas'.

The spiral cell design is still better than a conventional battery , so it's the way to go once you find the right price ....
