Call and make your reservation ASAP... I blocked off 40 rooms for that weekend at $69.95 for 2 double beds, and $65 for 1 king. these rooms are originally around $92.95.

There is ONE little catch to this. Apparently some Korean group booked every Tuesday and Saturday night for double beds. Right now there are only about 12 for Saturday night only and they are smoking rooms. Every other night I have 30 doubles reserved. So, Saturday, they may ask you if it is possible for a room change. This will be asked WHEN you register, and it won't be a last minute request of the hotel. So book your rooms NOW :)

Make your reservation before the 30 days before the event otherwise the rooms are off block... (but she said if someone calls and says there arent any rooms they can call her directly and she can get you a room) If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior.
This includes indoor pool, spa, free high speed internet in the rooms, refridgerator, coffee pot, continental breakfast in the morning.

My cousin is the director of sales in this facility so if you need anything you can contact her or I. When you call & make your reservation it is blocked under the name of Club ECM OR Group number 101204 - you can use either or.

For those who remember the area... it is the hotel behind the restaurant 'The Butcher Block' and Dunkin Donuts.

I booked 12th-18th as well (Just in case the canadians party too hard) and they honored the rate for the extra nights! woo hoo.

I got my rezzies today. I got the king sized bed so I wasn't worried about a smoking room. We're in room 103. Didn't bother with a extra night, there's usually rooms available on Sunday nights if needed.
