View Full Version : MY Ga days may soon be coming to an end
Well I a may be driving a Vibe AWD as early as the end of the month. That have offered me a even steve trade pretty much for my GA and we need a bigger vehicle for a little boy(dog). So i might be at the moncton meet in a new Vibe...

If you trade for a Vibe i think you'll be very happy with it. My roommate had boughten a Vibe when they were released in 2002. He now has about 60,000 miles on it. It's been a good car. He likes it a lot, and would buy another one. He plans on keeping the car for a couple more years so by then he should have on about 120,000 miles.

I've actually been contemplating ditching my Grand Am Gt, though I love it, for a Vibe, for better winter performance.
Most Vibe owners don't mind, but the one's I've talked to said they sometimes feel the AWD is very underpowered with only 123 Horsepower.
Guys don't think i will be demodding.. looks like the dealer ship wants as is.. which is surprising..
The Vibe AWD is quite underpowered.. I took one out yesterday.. but it handles really well and we took it out for a spin in the snow and that really blow me away.. Really plows thru it and didn't spin a bit

No prob, Owen. Glad you're liking the Vibe. :)
I just though of something.. The one thing i might be able to get out of it. Is my ported MAF.. Obviously would need to trade or something..They wouldn't know the differences..

I think all us Maritime guys already have a ported Maf. Except maybe Ben.
Owen
Is is hard to change you ported MAF to my stock one. Can we do that when you come up? How much do you want. Its its reasonable I'm interested.

Would take about ten minutes but the car is going soon within the next week.. Just waiting for the vibe to get in. It is coming from ontario.

So how is it???
She is good.. Handles really nice.. Been out spin around in the snow and i can't get her stuck..lol.. But it has the stock RSA on it for tire right now so the don't grip as well inthe snow.. going to put winters on it next year.. I am liking it, handles nice, all kinds of room for the dog, etc.. My only negative is it lacks power..
