I just recently had my upper intake manifold replaced (about 2 months ago), and now I have coolant leaking once again, ntoa s fast this time though. Is it possible that it is the lower intake manifold gasket now? I've heard it's significantly more to replace the lower than the upper. How much would I be lookin at to have it replaced at a shop?

You are in luck, i live about 40-50 miles from menonomee falls and if you like, we could meet somewhere between here and there and i could change it for a fraction of what ANY shop will charge. PM me for more info and an exact place i can do this, at a friends house, etc. Shop price, in case you are wondering, would be about 200 for labor and then the typical mark-up on parts.

well i'm not exactly sure if this is the problem. it doesn't seem to leak when i'm parked on my driveway (it's on a hill), i noticed it when i put it in the air though.

I heard it will cost at least $500. I have a slow oil leak out of my lower intake manifold, but I don't know if I should fix it because by the time I need to add oil, it's time for an oil change anyway.

Well i just had mine done....the dealer wanted $870 to fix it, luckily my dad works with a guy whose brother is a GM mechanin and he did that, a full tune up (needed it bad, it still had the original plugs and wires, they were all corroded) and an oil change, and i only payed $475 for all of it, it would have been well over $1000 at the dealer, so dont go there unless you have the money to waste.
