clock and track number doesnt show

where my stock radio and cd player is and the thing where the time,track name and station number is displayed doesnt ligth up at all its just black no numebers or light on it could it be a burned light inside or something else?

It's possible that the light may not be burned out. I have the problem with the light bulb contacts (or solder joints) touching the metal cage of the headunit. This causes the light to go out. Occasionally it'll go out on me and sometimes it'll turn back on when I give a whack on top of the radio trim above the display. If this isn't your problem then it's likely a burned out bulb. Anyway, check out that thread.
