Sylvania Silverstar fog bulbs

I have heard a lot of people had problems with these burning out too soon and they got to a point where they stopped selling them. Have the improved ones come out yet?

most likey not. Save your money and get some 893 EuroDezigns off ebay for $20 or less.

Funny this post just popped up... I had my driver's side burn out tonight, I've had them in for 2 1/2 months.

... that's how long mine lasted too. What a waste of money, that is entirely unacceptable & pathetic. They will not replace mine either so I will never buy another Sylvania product ever again. I may as well rolled up that $35 & smoked it.:roll2:

I had my silverstar fogs in since last May and knock on wood they are still running strong. I also have the heads and turn signals. NO burnouts maybe because I'm lucky or they were gm dealer installed:lol: I recommend these bulbs better than the streetglow fogs I had in my 2000 GT that burnt out after 2 months:)

As much as I don't like going there, Walmart sells them for $18.99 ea for the 880's

I put Silverstar H3 in my fogs, and have had no problems. also have silverstars in my Headlights... again, no problems. As with anything, there can be a bad one in a bunch.
