What's in your cubby?

I just noticed a little cubby below the dashboard dimmer/fog lamp switch. It's not very big, but it is big enough to hold my Motorola V180 flip phone. What do you store there?

I hate sitting on my wallet when I drive, and that thing is the PERFECT size for it :D

I have my R.F. sub amp remote gain dial in there w, a custom panel. Doesn't look like a cubby anymore. I'd post a pic but can't seem to find it (The pic) Maybe I'll take another to post

nothing cell is to big, waller stays in front pocket so thats not a problem... other then that nothing!

nothing.. wallet is on chain, i just take it out and toss it to the side, no problems there, cell stays in pocket, or goes in cup holder (i'd never notice it ring if it was in the cubby) so.. nothing.. no use for it at all.

I love when people use it for custome switch panels tho.

Mine holds my Garage door remote when i need to use it i just stick one finger in there and press its velcro'd to the top

Maybe everyone already knows but I noticed how inconvienent the cup holder that is in front of the center console would be if I had a manual car. A friend of mine pointed it out in his camaro which is manual and has a cup holder there as well. It is basically worthless to have it there with a manual car because you could not use it.


But anyway, I keep about $20-$30 worth of lottery tickets in there which are all losers except a $1 one. :lol:

I don't have a garage so I didn't think of it, but keeping the opener there makes sense, as does the EZ Pass. :glasses:

As for the cup holders...even in the AT, the shifter is in the way, while in P, of the forward cup holders. And not one is large enough to hold DH liter bottle of Code Red.

Mine has my headset for my cell phone. Can be a bad thing though, when my car was in the shop I had a GA rental and left the headset in that cubby when I returned the car. Oh well, the new one I bought is silver, so it matches the car anyway!

got the most important thing in the car there.......the remote bass knob for the sub :D....and the remote when im not holding it in my hand.

emily (it is her car) usually keeps a bunch of crap in there. a couple cds and some paper, but when i drive her car if i can't reach down and turn the bass knob up/down with having to move stuff i throw everything out the window :lol: gotta have access to it to outbump the punk kids who think they're bumpin......then turn it back down after you drive off
