Shiny eh? Not sure about it yet, wanna get some input, just sprayed one of the small vents down quick to get a feel for it.
Yes the vent is really crappily painted atm, just wanted to get an idea of how it would look. In person it actually looks very chrome, what does everyone think?
I think it may be cool, and I haven't seen any others which the accents like that. And my car is black.

My accents are currently white, but I'm going to change since I rushed it the first time and some is chipping, and also white is a pain to keep clean =P. I'm just about done wrapping the doors in a silverish fabric.

Yeah it should look pretty sharp when I actually fine sand it all and get some clear on it. And heres a pic of the doors. I did these tonite and will be starting on the painting tommorow hopefully.
It's Duplicolor chrome, was lookin for a new color and found it at auto-zone today, they had a lot of cool looking metallics.
And on a side note my SC/T kit should hopefully be in by spring break so I can do that up over the week.

Hehe =P Yeah I thought it was just gonna be like a gloss silver but I brought it home and sprayed a spot on the recycling bin to test it and almost wet myself when I saw how shiney it was.
And not sure what kind of fabric it was, it was the closest thing I could find to silver so I took it, heh.

looks really good, but as a suggestion i would clear coat the chrome paint, for some reason the chrome paint rubs off on you,
I know this from personal experience , but i give you props for the good work. Keep it up

Don't forget about that map pocket + speaker grille in that door.... The pocket at the least should look really good in the chrome.

For the doors I took off the panels, and popped the inserts out, and wrapped them in the cloth and used spray adhesive to hold it in place, then put the inserts back in.
And the paint for some reason when cleared looks more of a light silver which I think actually looks better.
