Corner reverse light mod

Has anybody put a ring of led's in the housing of the corner reverse lights? I think it would look good if you put a ring of red led's in there and hooked them up to the brakes. not sure if this is legal though. anybody have any idea?

There are a few that have put LED's in the reverse light housing. You don't have enough room to put a ring in but there is plenty of room in the center.

It's legal. They allow red and amber lights in the rear of the car.

i dont have a ring in mine, since i have 4 led rings in my tails, but what i got is 2 red led's per side that come on w/ the parking lights... they are drilled in the top shootin down and light up the housing well and just glow red, no spot beams shottin back... cardomain has picts..

thanks for the info guys, i might try doing what magyver did but tapping in to the brake lights.
