What us 96-98 GA owners have to do is get 95 Honda Civic JDM Projectors. This is what I plan to do right after I get my car some new shoes.

Here's the guy you need to talk to: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/445659/1

If you look on ebay, these lights go for like $90-120, which I must say isn't bad at all.

FlatlineGA is his name btw... http://www.gaownersclub.com/forum/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=4432

For the fog's, you can probably just go to Autozone or someplace similar and find some halo'd lights.

nice96gt has "Hella Optillux Angeleye Driving Lights."

do you know how hard the install is for the projectors...is there any fabrication required?

The stock mounting system has to be cut out and some pieces welded to the radiator support to mount the civic assemblies. You can see the new mounts in Flatline's pics. After that bodywork would be needed to fill in the gaps to make it a perfect fit. One thing to heed is that civic projectors suck for both light output and reliability/quality. I believe Flatline is on his second set.

And BTW: the part number for the hella angeleye driving lights is 88194

how tough is it to install the halos on the fog lights. or do they mount right into the stock mounts

The halos are built into the hella optilux's. They completely replace the stock foglights. Not sure how easy the install is on the 96-98 era or with the GT trim for that matter. I'll let someone else answer that.

Yeah I have them the Hella's. They are awesome for lighting, but I'm on my second set because of them cracking. They are easy to install, it will just take you a little bit of time for mounting and running the wiring. Check out the link below for how-to instructions, they can't get any better than that. The only difference between the 99+ and our 96-98 gen is that you don't have to cut anything because they will bolt directly to our factory bracket by bending the 2 tabs a little bit. If you have any questions about the driving lights/fogs let me know.
