I have one grey and one maroon colored stripe on mine. I think they look nice.

I had a teal pinstripe with like a splash at the end near the trunk, I made the dealer remove it before I drove off with it. Looks much better without it IMO

Yeah, I enjoy mine on my car too. I think it helps to break up the space a bit

Using a hair dryer or carefully using a heatgun you should be able to remove it with no problem.
Any glue or residue left behind could be removed with goo gone and a coat of wax.
On older cars where it's dried out and brittle The Eastwood company sells a pinstripe eraser that goes into a drill or rotory tool.

Yeah, I'm thinking rather than getting graphics, to just get a blue and light grey overlapping pinstripe. Sound good?

Mine has a small double silver one. This is best pic I could find for now, and she is too dirty to go take another.

thanks for the info of removing it... i've gotten a lot of mixed comments on whether or not the pin stripe looks good... on a lot of cars pending on color of car and pinstripe it looks ok but on others it doesn't... with mine i just don't know... haha... we have a pin stripe on the monte carlo and it looks good... so i don't know what to do but thanks for the info... if/when i remove it i'll take some pics and show you... i guess my biggest concern is the paint being faded or something around where the pin stripe was seeing how the car is an 2001...

I've been thinking of having some custom pinstriping done in blue on my white car . Thinking it would highlight the curves and such of that body style. Not just a couple of lines ,but a few more if you can see what I'm going for.

I was just telling you how I feel about the pinstripe on my car. If you dont like the one on your car then take it off. You are the one who is going to see it most so do what you feel looks best. any GA can look sexy with a pinstripe or without a pinstripe to me.

im not a fan of pin strips. i say removie it. you can also use and eraser wheel if you have an air compressor , if not like said above a hair drier or heat will work fine

I'd say keep your pin stripe. it looks good the way it is. but thats just my 2 cents you could take it or leave it up to you.

I wouldn't worry about faded paint. W/ todays clearcoats there's practically a snowballs chance in hell that it'd fade.;) & if you need to use an eraser wheel a good drill will work fine, either electric or cordless. Eraser wheels will discintegrate @ around 2,500rpm anyways so no need for an air powered drill or grinder. I would sit it out in the sun if you do it in warm weather, if not use a hair dryer. Eraser wheel is always my last resort. (That is, if you should decide to remove it)
