Child Seat

How do you set up child Savetty seat... i got the seat and the car manual, but it sems you have to have a PhD on Child Products to do it, i have done it and still messed up and loose...

Anyone recomends anything or a site or something, i been doing google searches and nothing is coming up... HELP ME....
