how much of a drop?

I have 19" rims. I want to lower it but don't know how much. I want eibach springs. I was thinking 2" but i dont know if it will rub or be hard for me to turn. If not 2" then 1.2" front 1.3" rear. I just don't want a gap in my fenderwalls. Any suggestions?

I'd have to say you're probably not gonna run into any issues. When I had my hydraulics (damn, I miss it) I could lay the front plastic on the ground and still turn.

if you got the correct tire size you could get any drop springs for the grand am...

as long as you have a 35 series tire

tire size is 215/35/19.

With that tire size, you'll have no troubles with any springs on the market for grand ams. I'd suggest Intrax, personally; that's what I had, and they rode well and looked great.
