Confirmed via GM service manual. (Book 1, section 10-4-1)
1. Partially remove right and left front wheelhousings.
2. Remove retainers (3)
3. Remove bolts (2)
4. Remove front bumper fascia (1) from impact bar (4)
5. Remove parking lamps from fascia (1)
Installation is the reverse of these steps.
