I've been looking for slotted rotors for the front of my 89 grand am. I always thought that ga brakes where the same from 87-98.
or is that Same bolt pattern(5x100)

Anyways will Rsm slotted rotors fit on 89 ga???

thanx in advance

Thats about it, they take a while because there main focus is racing first.

You can put newer model rotors on, but you have to change the spindles and calipers. They make slotted/drilled rotors for 92 up, so get some calipers and spindles from the junk yard and you'll be ready to go. I did this to my 90 grand am so I know it will work with little hassle.
I can send so pics of mine if you want, let me know. Also, could you tell me what brand and size wing you have..lenghth and height.
Later,
Joe

I have PowerStop crossdrilled rotors on the front of my 88. PowerSlot makes Slotted rotors for the 89-91's I believe.
