I'm tight on cash and i want to improve my handling especially on corners and also on the freeway.
Which will give me more improved handling and immidiately noticeable result?
Front and back strut tower braces OR Front and back sway bars
I'm checking out part for your car (www.pfyc.com) and they have both, from speedbuilt. I can only afford one of the mods

Improved handling? I'd say the sway bars would make a bigger difference. Even better would be a set of lowering springs.

I really don't intend to lower the car

sway bars, definitly go with the ones from PFYC, don't skimp on the cheap ones, or you'll be replacing them sooner and they don't hold up as good...
also engine braces are good too supposidly, im not 100% sure why??? but thats what i've heard... from my experience their mainly for preventing engine flex, im not sure what thats gotta do with cornering??? off the start sure, but around a corner... meh...

I always heard the front STB, rear sway bar combination was the way to go...could be wrong though.

Front and back STB made a pretty big difference. The car doesn't "dive" like it used to in the corners. I'm going with struts and springs next, then sway bars.

In order of cost, lowest to highest, considering you don't want to lower it, I would recommend,
1. Front and rear STB
2. Sway Bars
3. KYB Struts
So maybe I would do one at a time because the combination of the three will dramatically improve handling.

I would, from the EXTENSIVE information that I looked over, is to only install a rear sway bar instead of front and rear.
Now I see that you have a GT, so that means there should already have a sway bar there. By putting a larger swaybar in the rear, the handling will be more neutral, i.e. less oversteer.
After you do that, consider front and rear strut tower bars. With those, it will make a difference by installing both rather than just a front one.
And I cannot emphasize the importance of high performance tires. Tires, tires, tires. Without good tires, all the suspension modsyou do will be for nothing. Kumho Ecsta 712 is an excellent entry level performance tire for very little money.

Sorry, I just got Goodyear Assurance Tripletred Tires in 16in. Really don't intend to get another tire until this one wears of and from the looks of things it's going to be a while.
I like to drive my car hard like a performance car, but ride quality is also very important to me cause i also drive my girlfriend and 3 month old baby in this car. So i stuck with 16s. And yes these once hug the road well in dry and wet (especially in wet) conditions
