Im new to this site and already i found it useful.
I own a 1998 grand am gt with the 2.4L engine.

All i have done right now is:
-Pioneer Head unit
-Power bass Extreme 6.5" component set
-2 12 " Kicker cvr's
-Audiobahn A8002t amp

Next upgrades will be:
- Looking to get a cold air intake
- Getting two performance mufflers
- And also will be painting it here once it gets nicer, changing from a red color, to a metallic burnt orange

yeah pre 99+ gt's had a single exhaust that split after the axle into 2 mufflers. 1 regular size and one was really small... its just the appearance thing that Pontiac did to make it look more sporty.

just like 99+ se's just have the one muffler w/ the shitty plain jane exhaust tips while the gt's have the 2 sets that split to 4 chrome tips
