1999 PONTIAC GRAND AM PROGRAMMING
(1) Switch ignition off.
(2) Access the programming connector (located in the left side of the trunk).
(3) Jump the programming terminals with a small wire or paper clip.
(4) System should now lock and unlock doors and trunk, and chip horn to indicate programming mode has been activated.
(5) Proceed as follows:
a) press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the transmitter.
b) system will lock and unlock doors and trunk, and chip horn
indicating programming has been completed.
(6) Repeat procedure for any remaining remotes.
NOTE:A MAXIMUM OF 4 REMOTE TRANSMITTERS CAN BE PROGRAMMED.
