Hot damn!! 2-3 times a week?!?!? I'm sure you have other things to do than wash your car constantly :P I wash mine like once a month or so, so I go about three weeks out of each month with a dirty car. Hehe, oh well...

i wash mine about 1-2 times a month cause my car never gets really dirty, its always inside the garage, and since my license is suspended i can only drive to school and to work..i dont have a job but at school i park indoors....so the only thing that makes it dirty is the dust, and i just take it off with that dust cleaner...

Haha, technically, if your license is suspended, you can't drive to school and work lol. what'd you do to get it suspended? and how long is it for?

correction, they can make an exception and let you drive to work and school which is probably the case with peyman. same thing happened to my sister.

I just used Armor All Car wash that came in a kit. I always used Turtle Wax Wash. This Armorall was like water. Help me out here. I washed and for the first time used chamois cloths to dry instead of terry towels. It left water spots all over. Was it the chamois or the Armor All? What car wash liquid do you use? I actually had to wax the spots off! I was told not to use terry towels because it might be bad. Is this all gimmicks? This is the first time I have a new paint finish (i.e. 2003 GAGT) and tend to listen to these people that say you can't do this or that. Should I just go back to the original Wash liquid and wipe dry with terry (bath) towels?

Thats pretty nice, in 90210 you get to park indoors. Here in Indiana we are just hoping for running water so we don't have to run out to the outhouse at 3 in the morning

That kind of wierd. I never use armor all or turtle wax product never liked them. I a big fan of meguires some like mothers. I use a terry cloth, as long as it's 100% cotton terry. I find chamois can ruin the paint. by picking up debris and dragging it across the paint. but a terry tower has a place for it to go between the bristles. to was my (2001 se1 red) I use meguires professional 00 I find it work wonders, I used on my inlaw truck with no wax on it.( waxing it this weekend) next day when it rained it was beeding. I think that pretty good . but never use dishsoap unless you want to strip your wax.

I washed my car this past Friday, I drove up north a couple hours (to northern VA) and had to deal with melting snow and puddles, got her all dirty again. On my way back home it rained a bit, it really sucked. So around 5:30 pm today I went outside and cleaned her off (I use Meguiar's Gold Class now) and am now in the process of making my new Yokohama's lookin purty and shiny. ;) I think I washed my car more this past winter than any other winter that I've owned her. Funny thing is, this was our worst winter. heh She's happy right now, now I need to work on the interior.

As the weather gets better the more we wash our cars. In the summer my wife and I wash our cars at least twice a week. Last weekends weather was so good Mrs. GlossBoss put 5 coats of Zaino on the GT! An when it rained the other night, rain drops refused to stay on the car.:bounce::
