Welcome, if you search you can find plenty. CAI, headers, full exhaust, and if you have questions on exhaust size please do a search, many, many, MANY, people post that question which has been posted tons of times before.

thanks guys,this ride is my baby,but ive never hopped up,what looks so computerized,this is my first pontiac,,iv'e been building chevy trucks for the past 12 years and i mean old rust buckets so my little sled is a whole new story,so where should i begin,it's all stock except for k-n.breather.

Welcome to the madness. The first place I would start is with a CAI then go the exhasut route.

I would go with the Supercharger since you have an automatic. I defiantely prefer a Turbo over a supercharger but keeping a turbo in the sweet spot is very hard with an automatic. The supercharger should make more torgue at low rpm which is what you are gonna need with the auto.
