Speed Sensor?

I dont know if our American friends suffer from this in their GA's, but i do and it makes me mad.

Anytime i go around 174km/h, the damn engine or fuel pump quits until i get back to about 160km/h

Is their any fix for this in an automatic?

i dont know km/h, but it sounds like its the governor. Any time a ga hits about 125mph, it shuts off the fuel line. search google for dhp chip, that will do wonders.

how many times do you hit the govenor to justify spending $200+ to remove it?

if i hit a highway.......the govenor is not my best friend. if it wasnt for this piece of technology, i probably could have made it to Cape Breton in about 4 1/2 hours, plus its a little hard keeping up to my Father-in-Laws Impala....lol

I just noticed you have an SE, DHP is only for a GT 3400.
