Alright I got some New rims on today There Exel Dl-46. I have a vibertation at high speeds. It came with Hub Rings. They were blanced and aligned there.
They are 5x114.3 with a 35mm Hubcentric Ring. Do i need a Bigger Ring or what? Help!!

We all know how bad the GM rotors suck and they may be the culpret. When I replaced mine with aftermarket rotors my vibration stopped. I also have 17" wheels with hubcentric rings. Try the rotor thing, it could very well be the problem.

Never once had a problem with my Exels, though I dont have hubcentric rings, either.
I suggest taking off the rings, make sure you torque the wheels properly and see how it rides then. Maybe the rings are problem, and not needed on the car.
Is it such a vibration that makes driving scary? Or just a slight jidder in the steering wheel?

My guess is the rims aren't centered correctly , try this link for more info --------> http://www.justforwheels.com/index.jsp?cat=hubcentric

I had them rebalanced and of course they were re-torque still, Have it. Maybe tomrrow ill get up early and take them off before work. See how it ride's. If that doesnt fix the probelm. Im thinking maybe to order different rings stricly for GA not the bonville
Just shakes like all hell. Little scary though.

I removed the rings. The viberation isnt nearly what it was before, however i still have a viberation at higher speeds so im taking it to discount tire and see if they have the correct one.
When i took the rings off they were not on the rim's there were stuck on the atually Hub on the car (if that makes sense) i had to break it to get it off. So my Guess is it was to small.

OK ... you could be right, I was just confirming about the balance as I have had trouble in the past with balancers when they THOUGHT it was balanced but when the checked them a second time, they were out :( ... good luck!

Took it back to Discount Tire today, told them that the hubcentric ring's where to small so they put the correct size on!!! Re-blanced them. Thanks for the advice, compliments.

Hehehe I hear you on the balancing kelly. One thing about balancing is the damn weights have to stick on. Unfortunatly, in some cases with aftermarket rims, its quite hard to find one that will fit and hold on properly. Ive had a few that were a real PITA to get them to stay on and not move at all. Stealies are always so easy but with rims, its harder to find which weight will hold on the best and forms to the rim the best. Dont even get me started on big assed 20" truck rims and how bad they are.

So if the hub rings are too tight on the actual hub, it's not a good thing?

I got the free hubrings from Discount Tires. I belive they have to be a tight fit, thats what helps centers the rim on the hub,if theres any play it can cause vibration. The only problem I have with my 18's when Im coming to a stop the car pulls,I think it might be the rotors since they are the 15 dollar special blanks. Getting RSM rotors so hopefully I wont have any problem afterwards.
