hey guys, i want to put my 2003 on some 18's but keep the stock lift (keeping it stock because i plan on trading it in next year for a g6) anyways, im looking for pictures of stock ga's on 18's so i can see if it will look funny since it will not be lowered. thanks!!

Its gonna look like a tank. Ive seen cars around here with rims with out being lowered and it looks weird, only because Im lowered and can't think of it being any other way but lowered.

that was my thinking. my toy is a bodydropped s10 ( http://members.cardomain.com/qmansda ), so i love being low, however, i do not want to have to pull off the springs when i trade it in

his doesn't look bad because of the kit and rims, but if a stock car with 18+ rims is gonna look weird,IMO that is

There's 2 pics on there of my 18s and stock suspension. There's also 2 pics of it on 18s and hydraulics; I'm sure you'll be able to tell the difference. :)

system went bad?

Yeah; to make a long story short; CCE makes inferior products, performs inferior installations, and refuses to make right after they **** up everything they possibly can. I didn't know enough about hydraulics when I had the setup done, so when things went wrong, I was clueless. It got frustrating, I (as well as my parents) got tired of fluid everywhere, I was tired of having my car down once a week while I tried to take care of the newest problem that popped up, and I got tired of grenading cylinders once a month. I really wish I would have known then what I know now. I would have popped out the cylinders, hit the installer in the head with them, and gotten some ProHopper comp cylinders, mounted up the way they needed to be, and I'd still be cruising an inch off the pavement. :( Boy, that's a sad story to tell.

you going with bags or hydros again? I would think bags would be the better choice if you not into the hopping thing, lol

Well, if I could quit spending my money, I'd probably do an air setup. God only knows when the time for that might come around, though.

just start finding things you don't need anymore and sell it,lol. My friends do it all the time, they sell stupid stuff on ebay and they get money for stuff that way. I love the way your car looked, slammed out

It's all long gone. I wish I would have held onto the pumps and solenoids. I let 'em go for chump change, and they were great. All I really needed were cylinders. Oh well: live and learn.

I might be in the minority here, but I really think that the wheel gap is huge on GA's, and when you add a large rim, it just makes it seem that much bigger. I would at least drop in an inch if you're putting 18's on.

I wish I had a better camera to catch the beautyness on how well these rims set my car off. I am actualy thinking about selling them because I have alot to pay for and I need money for my remaining tuition for college. As soon as I get settled in Ill get myself some 18's again.

i dont see what youd want to buy 18s for a car that youre gonan sell fairly soon. they ride quality drops a lot and youve gotta worry about pot holes. im not sure if the rims will fit on the G6, but id jsut wait and buy rism then.
