I have a question. If you look at the pulley assembly, on the left top, I think it is the leftmost pulley. I haven't been able to get a good look at it, but it looks like a flat cone shape, that the belt goes over, and at the bottom of the cone, a pulley is attached. Also, in the center of the top of the cone, is like this rubber like substance. Like i said, I have not been able to get a good look at it. I know i'm describing it really badly, but does anyone know what I'm talking about, and does anyone know what it is?
