I'm not aware of a flush used at oil change. But if you change out your oil and only run on it a couple days, then change every thing again........that's about as close as I know.

I don't reccomend every using engine flush. I say this because some of the buildup is keeping the engine from having any leaks. If you flush it, it will brake up all that stuff around the gaskets and what not, so you may end you with a leak. Still not to many miles that you should really worry about that.

With appropriate maintenance, if you've been running a true synthetic oil from very early in your engine's life, I would doubt you would have a need to do any type of flushing, probably ever. I've helped friends, who've only used Mobil 1 SS or Royal Purple, take apart engines for mods, and everything was perfect--no sludge, carbon buildup, varnish, etc.
However, if you want to clean the inside of your engine gently and effectively, Auto RX (www.auto-rx.com) or Neutra #131 or #292, which are the same product, (www.schaefferoil.com/data/292.htm), work really well. I've had great results using Auto RX on other cars. There's a lot of discussion and analysis on these two products (and other engine flushes) here: http://theoildrop.server101.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=forum;f=5.
