05 Meet Photographs and Video/DVDs

I have some good news for all that are attending the GAOC/ClubECM meet this year!

This year we are going to be having a videographer and photographer to cover most of the meet and will have them available for sale by the meet end. I know in the past there was lots of talk about selling the footage but we never got any video from anyone so that never happend. But this year www.technoticmedia.com (website is still sory of under construction) will be covering the meet and will have video ready for sale after the meet as well. The cost of the DVD should run about $15 each (and if they need to be shipped it will be $15 + shipping)

Not only are they doing video but hope to do individual photos too. I am not sure on the details of that but hopefully Mike with www.technoticmedia.com will chime in on what he is offering on that end.

We are VERY excited about this, as we will FINALLY have our fun memories on DVD.

I can say first had that Mike does amazing work. He has taken some photo shoots for Detailed Image and I must say his pictures are top notch not only in quality but originality and design. I am very excited to have Mike and Technotic Media at this years meet along w/ Detailed Image for the show-n-shine event. This meet keeps getting better and better :)

if someone *cough* john*cough* has two spare tires/rims he dont need, im more than up for a couple of donuts/burnouts, but my tires need to get me there and back and they are already low enough.

I doubt I'll still have bald tires on my X wheels but if I do burn em up!

Right now I'm still driving on my snow wheels and tires because I dumped all my cashola in to my new toy.

just thought you would be the best shot at having two burnable tires. if anyone else has some let me know, i could very well bring a pair of 14" or 15" rims that fit my car.

Thanks for the announcement, Leanne. It is true, we'll be producing the GAOC meet DVD's this year. We'll have two camera crews on site for you show and shine as well as for your LVD day. We may also have our own TM model there walking around for interviews and what not.

For pricing, we are actually including the shipping in the $15 price of the DVD. Since they obviously won't be ready immediately, they will be shipped out as soon as they are finished. We usually try to get our car show and custom production DVDs finished within a month. We'll put up a link shortly where you can paypal for pre-order of the DVD's.

Also I wanted to get all of your feedback on a group photo. We can get all the cars together at the show-n-shine and take a few shots. Then we'll pick the best one and have prints made, so you all could order them as well. Probably in an 8x10 or 13x19. Something like that if we did it on the thursday for Show-n-shine, you could get it from me at LVD.

Lastly, we offer custom photoshoots for many of our customers. These entail anything from just receiving prints to only receiving digital images (for our portfolio customers). If anyone is interested in scheduling a photoshoot while you will be in town, please feel free to contact me.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to stay the entire day @ LVD, but we'll be around up until about 2pm or so. Thanks for all your support, and I hope we'll be able to help you guys out as much as possible!!! :)

I'm all for the show-n-shine DVD,and any big group shots of the meet atthe show (since thats the day I'll be going up to :-D) Plus what better way to remember the event then possibly seeing my car and everyone esles on a DVD, that I can play at various car shows :-D

We haven't finished finalizing our prices yet, but they are going to range from $25-$150 for a photoshoot with prints.

For a photoshoot for just digital images, we range around $125-150 right now. Feel free to send me email with some specifics about what you want, and we can work something out for you! :)
