hey, what's that purple thing in the pic on your fuse box...is that nitrous?

That's not my car, I just swiped the pic for reference...

If this is the correct part, then the lower bolt on it seems impossible to get to. I know a lot of people have changed thermostats, so I'm wondering what the trick is...

Yes its a Zex Dry kit.
