I purchased the endlink kit from Autozone to get the correct size bolts, washers, and nuts. The brand is Duralast and the part number is SL232HD, if I remeber correctly, the kits are $9 for each side. Don't use the red bushings it comes with because they're the regular rubber ones. For the polyurethane grommets, I ordered 1 set of 355-0-8106R from Jeg's. Energy Suspension doesn't sell a kit that will fit the 99+ GA, so that's why I had to purchase the two parts separately.

Once you get the parts, get a jack and some jack stands and raise the front of your car.

I would recommend doing one side a time, so you have something to refer to.

Once you have one of the wheels off, you'll see this:

Mine was a pain to get off, the nut on top comes off easily with I think it's a 12mm socket and wrench, however, the plastic spacers seemed to be fused to the bolt for some reason. I tried using some liquid wrench, but that didn't seem to help, so I just beat the thing off with a hammer.

Don't worry about breaking the plastic spacer off, you'll be replacing it with a metal one. Here's what you should have purchased by now.

Now, just put the bolt up through the bottom, then put bushing, washer, spacer, washer, bushing, swaybar, bushing, washer, nut. You can look at the photo for reference.

Now just tighten everything up so it's snug, I'm not sure if there's a torque spec for this, so I just made it tight enough to not smash the bushings.

And there you have it, do the other side the exact same, put your wheels back on, put the car back on the ground and you're done.

i don't know, i did the rear sway bar at the same time, so i saw more results from the back end.

uh, i changed the bolt because look at the nasty one i took out. plus, the plastic piece that i had to break off needed to be replaced with another spacer. which comes with the kit that comes with a bolt
