Difficult?

How hard is it to put in a cold air intake, what is involved, I don't know much about engines, but I have friends who know and can teach me, but is it an easy sunday afternoon job or is there more involved that I should just let pro's do.

Also, what kind of HP increase is a cold-air intake going to give me, and what are the best ones out for a reasonable price ($100-$400). Thanks.

it's easy to install
take 1/2 hour
for my the best intake is the aem short ram air for cavalier and sunfire 2.4l (same engine as the GA)
give 5 to 13 hp
the short ram air cost me $132 in a local shop.
