I have a 2004 SE 2. But, it is equipped and looks like a GT. It has all the options, including leather, but does not have the ram air. So what, only 5 hp.

I want to get a dual exhaust that really growls. Any suggestions?

If you want something that growls, SLP is your answer. I have it and I love it.

from what people say... SLP is the louder/more raspy one. plus its about 1/2 as much as Borla.

I'd say SLP also. As for the Ram Air, well, there's no possible way the extra 5hp could come from that gimick.

id recommend the flowmaster 80 series (camaro mufler kit) with custom piping. sounds pretty good. the SLP is also pretty good.

the "ram air" is pretty much promotional. the "5 hp" gain is due to the lower restriction exhaust and i guess the lower reastricted intake, ie ram air. the computer is programmed differently and the gearing is slightly different.

getting a new exhaust should just about make it as fast as a GT.
