pictures about say it all... thanks to a 1998 intrepid.. who's address I have if anyone wants to kick som ass for me... car might be written off.. I hope not though. rear ended and side swipped.. BARELY got my arm in in time.. felt his mirror hit my arm.. GRR.. just happened like an hour ago.

yea, it loosk like new rear bumper and new DS doors (drivers door at least).

how did that person hit the rear bumper and then side swipe all along the side of the car? they must have been going fast or on the phone or something stupid like that.

Sorry to hear that. But it doesn't look that bad to me. Door looks fixable along with maybe a new bumper, and a new left side cladding.

just talked to insurance.. everything is going smooth so far.. should get a rental car when mine is in the shop etc etc.. hope it continues this smooth!!

Wow, sorry about your luck. I am really supprised they are fixing it. Thta's gotta be close to $2,000 in damage, if not over & beings it's a '95,... well you know how that goes I'm sure, that's why I'm supprised. Glad they are though it'd suck to lose it if you are attatched to it.

I feel your pain.

If they do try and total it buy it back and get it fixed.
I fixed mine for half the cost of the total. Well ok maybe not half but I did have some money to pocket even after buying it back.

thanks guys.. still waiting for the adjuster to call me to see what is going to happen.. bottom line is that the blue book value is 3500 for my car.. There is no way they will be able to find a car in as good of shape as mine for that price.. so for taht reason I'll be making sure they fix it.. and ofcourse.. fix it right.. whatever it costs them.. I pay insurance.. finally get to use it..

that sucks, i got rear ended on sunday, lucky the way it happened i didnt get ANY damange on my car. A bus rear ended a BMW, then the BMW rear ended a focus, the focus hit a neon, and the neon rear ended me, so i really lucked out, my GF and my neck were hurting for about a day, but we are ok now.

those are all the pics i took.. Just took the car into the collision center so I've scored a brand new sebring for the weekend.. Not too bad. Probably have it till the end of the next week... perfect for the long weekend :D So things look like they are all going fine, insurance has been 100% hassle free so far.
