MAF yes or no

I hear a lot of people adding pro-M and granatelli MAF to their car and they like it and other say dont waste the money.
what do you guys think?
did anyone ever try a new MAF?

What other modifications do you have done?
A larger diameter MAF alone will no tnet you much of any power gains.
