actually...they started off with the unpainte dplastic on the lower portion of the body, and then they chaged to this monotone color scheme to make it look sportier.

i honestly always knew that those were ugly but functional. i still wouldnt buy it, as the same with most of America. :lol:

I drove one when they first came out. The wife and I both really liked the interior and the way it drove. We just couldn't get past the styling. We ended up with an 01' GAGT. If I am in need of a car and find an Aztec in good shape for a great price, I'll buy it.

They're not an entirely terrible vehicle. Once you get in and drive the thing around a bit, it's really nice. Durable, rugged, and there's hardly a vehicle in it's functionality.

why would any company make a vehicle with a ton of unpainted plastic, like the Azteck, Avalanche, Element, ect ect, it looks so awful! why do they do it!

i actually was looking at an 04 before i got the am really nice interrior awd plus you get that cool cooler for a rmrest type deal lmao

functionality isnt the only reason i would buy anything unless i was a construction managar and had to buy the work vehicles. azteks are just ugly.

I used to think they were downright deplorable, but I look at them now and think how unique they look. I dont like the exposed gas tank, but its a very unique car.
