Couple new pics for yas'.

Haven't done any more major mods this season - had to take care of my intake gaskets ( :roll2: ) and a new windshield first thing this spring when the car came out.

Though, planning to put it on air in July, assuming nothing major comes up between now and then.

saving my pennies. :D

feedback as always appreciated. ( + or - , I know I can't please everyones' tastes.)

add another Ryan to the list,me too! Awesome ride there! I remember seeing one of your other posts with your car pics and about drooled, very clean and hot, good work. Air bags will look sweet. Are you body slamming it or just plain air?

Spigmo

Prolly just a simple Air setup for this year... no 'body slams' yet. - I don't know enough about it to dive into a major system yet. (also don't wanna get scammed.. I'll build it up as required/desired)

more functionality than anything - the roads around here are horrible. (Muskoka = cottage country. dirt roads and potholes gallore.)

Same here,.. Is that a Fiero wing?

Spigmo
05-23-2005, 10:18 PM
it is. :D

Fiero GT wing, specifically. the base model Fiero had a shorter/less aggressive wing. :)

Yes, I forgot to mention Gt specifically. My mistake. I sometimes wish I would have went with that wing because it's an oem Pontiac part. Looks reeeeeaaaal nice on that thar car!:D

Spig, lookin' good as usual. Still am not a fan of the carbon fiber and I think the black stripe and ambers need to be covered up with some white vinyl, but those are some petty issues. Would also enjoy seeing those holes in the front filled in, but overall just awesome looking.

When I see you and Viper's (is he a member here?) cars, I sometimes wish I had a white GT, so beautimus... but black will always be my fav.

Cover up that black and amber, and I would completely drool, but whos car is it? Not mine! Youve done what you wanted so far and it looks SUPERB.

Awesome car man! A+++ not a huge fan of the hood pins, or the side skirts (because they just don't flow right) rest of the car is awesome. Very well done ride, and I love the spoiler! Not the same bolt holes though right?

^ well is a previous thread(if i recall right) the sides where installed backwards. i think it was the onl;y way the body shop could get them on. also i think they look sweet that way :D

Spigmo
05-24-2005, 05:37 PM
^yeah, that was the first factor. they were both an inch short. :roll2:

and then, I decided they flowed better that way anyways. :D

reasoning illustrated:

the hoodpins serve more of a purpose than just being a ricer. the hood gets light at highway speeds and I was worried about it on windy days. as much as I cried drilling out holes in my CF hood, it's tough as nails now.

^ yup i remeber that post. yay me :D accually i dont hink hood pins mean ricer. dont forget, the old muscle cars form the 60's had hoodpin way before the honda/acura/mitz craze/fad :D

love the car my only problem with it is the tw rectangular holes in the bumper but other than that it's dead sexy :)
